        OS-9 Samba File Manager Source Code License Agreement

This license agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between YOU 
(either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned DEVELOPER 
of the software product identified above ("the Licensed  Software").

The software which accompanies this Licence (the Licensed Software) is 
the property of the DEVELOPER and is protected by copyright law. While 
the DEVELOPER continues to own the Software, you as the Licensee will 
have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this 
Agreement. If you are the Licensee and you do not agree with the terms 
and conditions of this Agreement, decline where instructed, and you will 
not be able to use the Software.

Your right to use the Licensed Software and to exercise your rights 
under this agreement is contingent upon payment of the license fee. 

Under the terms of this license, you are given a personal
non-exclusive license to:

   a) Use the Licensed Software for your own internal use only
   on one computer (CPU) at a time.

   b) Copy the Licensed Software for a work copy and for archival
   and backup purposes.

   c) Modify the source code form of the Licensed Software.
   You own all modifications that you make to the Licensed
   Software but you must respect the original copyrights
   included in modified work. You may not redistribute
   copyrighted code to users who is NOT similarity licensed
   by the DEVELOPER.

   d) Transfer the Licensed Software and any modifications to
   any third party who is similarity licensed by the DEVELOPER.

   e) Run binary copies of the system derived from the provided
   source code (either modified or not), but not to resell them, 
   provided you have paid the additional license fee for the 
   binary copies.

THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF 
USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, NOR FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL 
OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR
OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
